Open die forging hammers and presses, for rough hot forming and shaping of steel into products, which requires a certain degree of machining and engineering to achieve a final product. From small forging units to large industrial hammers up to 5 tons, and presses up to 500 ton Capacity

CLOSED DIE FORGE

Closed die forging is used in conjunction with a pre-formed or machined die, in which the work piece is placed and repeatedly blown by the forging hammer to achieve a near final product and shape, with very little, or in some cases, no further machining required to achieve final product. Ideal for small to large scale steel parts manufacturing for automotive industries, earth moving / heavy machine parts and many more
